Bad odor is a frequent problem within the health care sector and it affects millions of care givers every day. In 2011 Susanna Bergstrand decided to develop a product that could solve the problem and founded NoseOption.
The aim was to develop products that could prevent bad odor in a discreet and considerate way. The result after several years of development was NOSA plugs, the world's first discrete odor protection.
In 2015 NOSA plugs was launched in the Swedish health care market and is today sold in all Nordic countries as well as in the Netherlands. In 2017 the NOSA plugs consumer packing was launched in more than 1 000 pharmacies all over Sweden.
NoseOption AB manufactures and distibute disposable products in the Nordic countries. Product development, customer service as well as sales- and marketing are located at the headquarters in Stockholm. In a sealed package NOSA plugs is usable for 18 months from the manufacturing date.
The product is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
