FRISQ Holding AB (FRISQ) and Cambio Healthcare Systems AB (Cambio) has today completed the transaction of the earlier communicated divestment of FRISQ AB to Cambio. In line with the Share Purchase Agreement signed by both parties on the 31st of October 22, Cambio has paid in cash SEK 31 million as the first payment installment of the transaction. The second cash installment of SEK 9 million (net of possible adjustments) will be made 6 months after the closing date.
