As previously announced, the Board of FRISQ Holding AB ("FRISQ") has decided to initiate a formal, exclusive process with the objective to divest its operative business to Cambio Healthcare Systems AB ("Cambio"). The discussions held between the parties have been positive and both parties intend to complete the transaction as soon as possible. Certain technical details are currently being investigated and Cambio has therefore asked FRISQ to extend the exclusive period by up to one more month, i.e. until the end of October. The Board of FRISQ has decided to accommodate this request.

Cambio will offer FRISQ a loan of an additional SEK 3 million to ensure the financing of FRISQ's operations during this extended period.
