Nosa Plugs AB (\u201cNOSA\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the Moroccan pharmaceutical company POLYMEDIC Co., Ltd (\u201cPolymedic\u201d) for the sale of Nozoil Original and Nozoil Menthol in the Moroccan market. The partnership provides NOSA with access to Polymedic\u2019s nationwide distribution network. The launch is expected to take place following completion of the local registration process, which has been initiated and is currently estimated to take approximately 2\u20134 months. In connection with the launch, Polymedic is expected to place an initial order valued at approximately SEK 500,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The partnership is part of NOSA\u2019s strategy to accelerate the international expansion of Nozoil through established local partners with an existing market presence and infrastructure. The launch in Morocco represents another step in the Company\u2019s expansion in the MENA region and follows the agreement with MetroMed, which was signed earlier in the quarter.<\/p>\n

Polymedic is an established Moroccan pharmaceutical company headquartered in Casablanca. The company manufactures and distributes pharmaceuticals and medical devices across several therapeutic areas and has approximately 260 employees. Its operations cover the entire Moroccan market.<\/p>\n

Under the agreement, Polymedic will be responsible for the local commercialization and distribution of Nozoil Original and Nozoil Menthol in Morocco. The products will be distributed through Polymedic\u2019s established relationships with national wholesalers, which in turn supply pharmacies and healthcare facilities throughout the country.<\/p>\n

They have nationwide distribution, their own medical sales force, and established relationships across the pharmacy and hospital markets.
