Change in Board of Directors of FRISQ
Anna Frick resigns at her own request in agreement with the other Members of the Board, and Åke Hallman will make his seat available at the next Annual General Meeting.
As a result of a number of time-consuming commitments, Anna Frick has chosen to leave her long-standing assignment as a member of the FRISQ Board.
Åke Hallman announces that he will make his seat available at the next Annual General Meeting.
“I have had the privilege of being active on the Board for five years and it’s been a fantastic journey. The company now has a new competent CEO in place in combination with long-term owners. I will therefore make my position, as a member of the FRISQ Board, available to someone who can work more actively and who have skills that are relevant for the growth phase the company is now entering,” says Åke Hallman.
“We are extremely grateful for Åke’s and Anna's excellent work during their almost five years on the Board,” says Chairman of the Board Mats Lindstrand.
The Board is still competent to act even after Anna Frick’s resignation. No new Board Members have yet been proposed, but will be presented before the next shareholders meeting.
