CORRECTION REGARDING NOTICE OF EXTRA GENERAL MEETINGS IN FRISQ

The correction refers to the date of registration for the two extra general meetings on 8 February 2022. The last date for registration and submission of documentation for proxies, proxy forms, etc.to the extra general meetings is 2 February 2022. In previously published notices, it is stated that the last date for registration and submission of documentation for proxies, proxy forms etc. to the extra general meetings was 1 February 2022.
