Suggested changes to the proposed Agenda for the Annual General Meeting 2020
The Board of Directors of FRISQ Holding AB has decided to postpone the implementation of incentive programs for employees as a result of the deletion of items 11 and 12 of the proposed Agenda for the Annual General Meeting 2020. Other items remain as proposed.
